That’s why we offer free 30-day returns and exchanges—so you can shop with confidence and no added cost. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 30 days of the purchase date, provided it is unused in the field, in re-sellable condition, and includes the original hang tags.

We offer a free prepaid return shipping label, and if you’re requesting an exchange, we’ll also cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll promptly process your refund or exchange as requested.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship your replacement out promptly.

If you need your replacement quickly, we recommend placing a new order for the items you need right away, then submitting a return for the original item. This ensures you’ll have your gear in time, without delay.
